Project Description
Bevis was appointed to complete the mechanical and electrical design for 7 new industrial units ranging in size up to 500 sq meters of mixed used industrial space at the existing factory in Appley Bridge, Wigan. Incorporated in the project Bevis upgraded the electrical supply to accommodate the redevelopment and new substation. By reviewing the energy usage requirements and the local infrastructure we were able to service the new buildings and provide maximum flexibility to our client and provide considerable savings to our client, both capital wise and from an ongoing perspective.
