TELFORD HOTEL

Mulholland Building Services were appointed to design the retrofitting of air-conditioning to an existing hotel. The design included for the addition of air-conditioning to 94 bedrooms, all of which were to be carried out when the building was still operational.

The design concept was found to be so successful that this has been adopted for a number of similar of projects.
