Project Description
The team have carried out the designs for a number of student housing projects and refurbishment. These include a 600 plus Bedroom campus in Birmingham for Liberty Living which included elements of an old listed building. We have also carried out EPC’s for in excess of 30,000 beds. As mechanical and electrical designers we have experience of working on large complex multi-use sites both new build and retrofit/refurbishment. We have carried out a number of designs for campus wide fire alarm enhancements on behalf of our clients. We also provide specialist technical support on an ad-hoc basis where clients resources have been stretched.
