Project Description
Mulholland Building Services were commissioned to provide mechanical and electrical designs for the extension of the Jubilee Building at Park Community Academy, Blackpool. The academy commissioned the school’s extension in order to make the buildings innovative and different from the traditional classroom model as the school provides specialist learning resources for children with challenging and special educational needs. In order to provide the best educational environment, we have reconfigured and modified the normal educational blueprint for classrooms.
Included in the space are special sensory stimulation rooms which provide sensory therapy for the pupils and an enclosed soft play area.
