Project Description
The team were commissioned to provide technical advice on the refurbishment of 30 flats. The existing systems were all showing signs of age making their retention impractical. As such we designed new mechanical and electrical installations throughout.
The apartments were all refurbished in blocks of 6 to 8 units as tenancies and occupation were maintained.
The final scheme included new communal areas, warden’s accommodation and laundry.
